Full Job Description
As one of the UK's largest motorcycle importers and distributors, we are looking for a Marketing and Brand Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Motorcycle Team based at our Head Office in Adlington, Chorley.
The successful candidate will support and drive the co-ordination of our marketing team, project management, brand guidelines, planning and key reporting.

The Role
You will support and drive the coordination of team resources, project management, brand guidelines, marketing planning, and key reporting.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and email marketing platforms
Assisting in the filming and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, walkarounds, launches, events etc.)
Producing longer-form YouTube content and optimising titles, thumbnails, and tags
Planning and executing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, boosting, and lead generation)
Developing creative advertising concepts for new model launches and seasonal promotions
Managing community engagement and growing social audiences through influencer-led content
Handling inbound enquiries and nurturing leads via WhatsApp Business
Supporting events, launches, and promotional campaigns with digital content
Coordinating team resources, project management, planning, and reporting
Managing marketing plans, timelines, and reports
Producing monthly marketing analytics and expenditure figures
Acting as brand guardian to ensure consistency and compliance internally and externally
Technical Skills (preferred):
Google Analytics
Facebook (Facebook Meta), Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
Design/editing software
Microsoft suite
Social Pilot
What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in motorcycles (riders strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience growth
Proven experience creating high-performing content
Strong video editing skills with creativity
Experience running paid advertising campaigns
Experience with Adobe (preferred), Canva, CapCut (advantageous)
Understanding of the UK motorcycle market and rider segments
Creative thinker who can develop campaign ideas — not just post content

Good understanding of marketing planning
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to summarise key messages clearly and concisely
Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills
Excellent project planning and organisational abilities

This role is office-based at our Head Office in Adlington, Chorley due to the nature of the responsibilities.
